If you ask anyone thats the way to go. Id say photoshop is the best out there, but others will say its psp. Its all what you prefer, but choose between those two.

PSP is a lot easier to use than PS for beginners.

Sometimes I use em both. doesnt always work out good though. In which case I just use Photoshop
