I'm looking to get into modding. Where exactly can I get the tools and read some tutorials?

if u haven't learnt modding, and want to start a TC, u better go get lots of gd ppl and learn modding.

i have no clue on how to model but i can skin pretty good,i think,thaqts my opinion
