I didn't read it just saw, chugging a pepsi, so he got fired for, drinking a pepsi?

I bet if thats true he could argue that in court and probably win his job back. I highly doubt drinking a pepsi is just cause for firing someone and it won't hold up in court.

I cant believe people can fire people for stupid stuff. I mean, if your wife divorces you, you can fire a guy for no reason and you cant get sued, but for drinking a pepsi, dear God

thats why pepsi dropped britney spears' endorsment contract...she was seen drinking a "rival cola". Now pepsi has Shakira instead biggrin:

Read a book for christ sakes before you decide to comment. Know what your talking aboout. Every state and province has their own laws to protect employees from being fired for no reason, or poor reasons.
