has anyone else heard of the playstation x, the new ps thats suppose to come out in 2004 or 2005. its a big gold box thats a ps2, a dvd recorder, and about 2 or 3 other things. anyone?

wasnt the original PS always referred to as the PSX before PS2 came out?

PSX is PS1.

they renamed it psx when the introduced the dual shock controller

From what I heard, they're trying to make it alot like the commercial they advertised after PS2 came out; it will use some sort of cell-based processor that will speed up their CPU immensly.

I was SO ready to move this to the console section, until I read the actual post...heh heh.

Might come from the fact that MODS action have been "SEEN" not constantly heard about. A silent mod is a great mod.

And the PS sucks now. So uninterested in the games that are out .
