Wtf? The game keeps minimizing on me wtf?!!!

Ok i was playing day of defeat and counter-strike today and no more than 5 minutes into the game it minimizes on ME!!!!...WTF!!! and theres no pop ups or anything ... just my regular desktop screen...wtf do I do?
I downloaded panicware but its doing nothing but shit..........

What can i do people?

yes i....

i downloaded ad-aware like a week ago and it made the pop ups go away when i go on the web ....
