Converting Real Player

Is there any such program that converst Real Media (.ram) to a windows media file? I hate Real Media with a passion. Any help would be appreciated.

Not that I know of, but just to let you know, RealOne has a bunch of improvments to make it so non-controlling. Like, you can define what opens when it opens, what files its associated with, etc. . .

I ahve mine set to only open RealMedia files, and it opens just the player, nothing else.

Theres no need to get such a high end program to simply cut up a video into multiple parts. Windows movie maker even does that. But there is a specific program the he is referring to, designed to simply cut movies up to make them more manageable. Unfortunately, i dont know the name of it. Search google maybe?
