Need some help cofiguring server!!!RESPAWN!!!!

Can someone tell me the rcon command that would disable the 15 sec respawning time and put it to 0 sec or disable it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rcon g_allowjointime 0

and its a 30 second limit..
