Looking for cheap but good server!
 

Hi me & my clan are looking for a good but cheap server, can anyone recomend any server companies.
Basicaly we were with ilan are kind of sick of the constant crashes & when they deleted our server & gave us someone eles signin it was the last straw.

Theres a lot of smaller but cheaper companies out there but it would be nice to get first hand report from anyone whos with a different one this time arround.
Oh TeamSpeak is a must.

Dunno about teamspeak but fragcentral.com does 16man for $60 a month, im in ireland and ping usually 100 or under on it. Been with them a few weeks now and no complaints. :)

I cant recommend a gaming server but for TeamSpeak2 http://www.OnlineStompingGrounds.com .

Not the cheapest but their uptime and tech support are second to none. They allso have game servers but they may be a little pricey for you.

Word of caution, be carefull if you go with a cheap provider. AAN's experience is you get what you pay for.

we use preygrounds, 16 slots for $50, they'll host TS/RW for an extra $5 a month, no major complaints.

I found a place I have been really happy with, they may be small, but they provide what the big guys do for less, in fact the best prices I have seen. They also free teamspeak reguardless of whether you have a server or not. They are called clanselite.com (http://www.clanselite.com), really nice guys, Irish American company too, just laid back guys. Forums are fully open for all to see how things work as well. They are gamers, and often frequent the servers they host, sometimes they come on the teamspeaks just to check up. I highly recomend them....

Thanks guys I took alook at all of the ones at mohadmin.com & finaly settled on clanselite.com, I must say good prices & free teamspeak, they also set up phpnuke sites for 5.50 a month with a forum built in.
Pings were pretty well ok, concidering my location but rest of clan comes first. freak:
