almost every topic that is moved there form here gets ZERO responses once it is there.

most other forums of similar games consider the General one to be about anything that has to do with the subject matter the game covers (not just the game specifically) and Off Topic means posts about cars and girls and what you had for dinner.

but it does make sense to move things there after it has been in general for a day or so and people had a chance to see it. But posting there right at the start dooms your post to be seen my like one person if you are lucky.
