photoshop dds plug in problem

ey ppl.. ive got the photoshop dds plug in but whenever i save a skin it wont show up with compression on.. just wondering if someone could post a screen of the settings i need to save with or something?

texture compression needs to be off.
And where did u get the dds plug in?
