anyone know how to setup a new style for a phpbb forum?
 

my forum http://www.victorcharlie.net/forum just was started a few minutes ago and i am having a hell of a time trying to export this theme i found (http://www.phpbbhacks.com/viewhack.php?id=765) it says i have to download a config file so i did and placed it in my forum/templates/smartDark (smartDark is the name of my new template) and nothing happens hake: any help at all will be helpfull to me
