OC-1200? |
lol, Nicky the overachiver....
Nah, its a cool idea, but i do believe this post belongs in M/M/S |
of course you'll need some bigass custom maps, if you use stock maps it'll be like the US civil war (everyone lines up and shoot each other) because there's no room.

so no one knows of a mod then swordfight:
You'd basically telefrag eachother the whole time.
128 is a bit far... how bout stick to 64
Its posible. Ive seen 64. DUnu how it was done. YOU CAN ACTALY TELEFRAG?!
well patton 64 is the game max amount of players so u when u r setting up ur server u change the maxplayers to 64. no tricks.
And you'll need all the maps to have additional spawns placed so that you don't telefrag eachother all over the place. You could use the 'spawn popper' thing or just get some custom map makers to redo their maps with more spawns. But, in the end, you'll need MUCH bigger maps. Can't think of too many stock maps that wouldn't choke on 40 players, let alone 64. But a very cool idea.
And it will be an *** Spawnkilling place oOo:
Why not just set up 2 servers running 64 instead of 128
And u never siad what kind f connection u were running either . Just becasue u have a fast machine doesnt mean u can run 128 players gonna take a LOT of bandwitdth |
