Okey dokey, I moved and just couldn't be bothered with spending more loads of cash to surf online when there wasn't much to be interested in. Battlefield was nice but the STAR WARS mod wasn't out yet, DC was ok but didn't have enough variety or innovation (other than new models), UNREAL was cool, but how long can you frag endlessly and double-jump, and MOH was just the old hat you returned to. About the ONLY game I was interested in was VIETCONG, but its stability and finding a GOOD lowping server was nonexistant.

What's out there now. I'm getting me some internet again, cause I'm bored as all shit with the missus and need me a diversion. What's out there, what mods are we looking at, etc. Basically what is everyone playing.

Day of Defeat. I advise you get the retail version, more stable than the mod

Played DOD, couldn't get into it. I think it's pretty ASS that to get updated graphics or whatever I need to shell out cash. I already spent money on HL, they should make this version of DOD available to all. Or is it already. I'd play it more if I didn't like Counter Strike, or if I didn't mind the cheating rampant in ALL HL's mods.

get DOD, trust me. Its both fun and realistic (in a sense)

Just went to STAR WARS: GALACTIC CONQUEST (a BF1942 mod), and still no date on when it'll be released AND no beta STILL!

Call of Duty is suppossed to be good, Hell in the pacific, a mod for MOHAA is coming out soon, few other things....dont know em all
