Not sure if he's a villain enough, but Batman fought him for sure, it was a pretty cool fight, Batman actually won. Apparently he made a Kryptonite laser.

If I have to go with Batman classic villains, I'd say the Joker

My fav is the riddler, not so much the comic book version, but jim carrey played the part brilliantly.

Lol - you mean the live action one, with the guy that looked like Willie Wonka and his hat popped up with this gay ass thing. I remember watching that episode and I was like - "Holy Circle Jerk Batman!"

I loved how all the henchman were these fruitcups named after their villainous boss.

I couldn't find one of his henchmen, I remember them looking fucking funny/stupid, though.
