All I know is that I just hope MoH has the same amount of interactivity with background objects (or more) as RTCW does.
You can destroy and trash tons of things in RTCW, (I especially like tearing down the giant Nazi swaztika flags) and that is a feature I really liked in RTCW. http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif Still haven't seen a game that lets you shoot up as many things as Max Payne, but then again that is a completely different engine so it might be less work to do it on that one. i really hope not! i was playin with a couple ppl today who thought mohaa suk dis mixed nuts, and they said they could easily rip mohaa maps into rtcw. I would hate to see some unapreciated lamer play our L33T lvls. (just because rtcw has quake lvl's which suk- i like rtcw 2 but it is so like quake- doesnt even feel like a new gane). does any 1 know if this is possible I HOPE NOT!

I highly doubt this is possible,man....Although MOH and RTCW use the Quake Engine,they are real different.
Someone asked this question a few weeks ago,and the dev's said no. |

It would suck, i also have a copy of Wolf but i would hate MOH be ripped to make Wolf be the game it was planned to be. RTCW is a weak Quake3 Mod, i was very disapointed bout the Online play, No Communication, 2 teams of witch Every person on that team is trying to get the most frags, its just pathetic. I've recently played a counter-strike map in Wolfenstein (no kidding). planetwolfenstein/tramdesign has a decompiler. You can edit any official map, and I bet it works for MoH, too. |
That CS map in RTCW was created to RESEMBLE the map in CS. It wasn't a rip directly from CS. Half-Life (CS) uses a modified Quake2 engine, while RTCW uses the Quake3 engine.
2 TOTALLY different sets of code. |

i wouldnt mind seeing a few of the CS maps ripped over to MoH. Obviously portions would need to be re-touched to fit the theme. one map in particular i would love to see is this one http://www.counter-strike.net/images...nferno1_b.jpg, and http://www.counter-strike.net/images/maps/italy1_b.jpg, and maybe this one with more stuff to hide behind http://www.counter-strike.net/images/maps/dust21_b.jpg, ive always like this one too, but it needs more stuff to hide behind http://www.counter-strike.net/images/maps/aztec1_b.jpg
