How Can I Make A Game Message On My Server Where It Says Ex: Server Ip: blah.blah.blah.blah?

......auto kick it's a download....i think that does it....might want to try Counter CI

If it is a dedicated server you could use the RUNNER program (look at mohadmin.com) for your game.

You can also use Delator. This is available at http://www.mohadmin.com. You can use the delatorMod part to create a pk3 file with your messages. Then you just plop the pk3 file into your main/mainta folder and restart your server.
