Please help. If i get this too work my map is finish.

Ok. I need one and one step to make this. Does anyone has a tutorial for this or wanna tell me?
Here is the question:

How do i make a bomb system like The bridge? you have two bomb, but you don't need yoo blow up both, just one to win..

This is for my map, Aztec.
