It needs a Butt plate.. And since its scopless, the front sight should be put back on.

First off, the M1903A4 cannot function unscoped simply because it was a dedicated sniper's weapon (notice the lack of iron sights?). So if you wanna do an unscoped springfield right, use the A3 variant (below).
