its a start, you might want to try using more relevent pictures

Did you use DueTones on your sig WR?

And how do you get that blend between the two layers? just lens flare the cut out to take off the edge? (this is a response to the TUTORIAL)

Try adding outer glow in the layer blending options.

He did but he needs to add it to that guy and change the color of the glow

silly b00n, you have to use the lens flare, then blend it with the dodge tool (i highly suggest you put it on highlight on %100 intensity)
