Power Outage - Who was Affected? Post here
 

yes I know there are other threads on this. but lets makes this the officail one.

my power went out last night around 8 and jsut came on, they say for only about for 4 hours since the grid is just at 50%, they are supplying power to different areas, till they get things back up

anyone know why this happened? I heard there was a fire in a new york building

right here, i was playing in photoshop and all the sudden the fucking power went out oOo:

power went out here (Detroit) at 4:15 yesterday. 2 million in Detroit still w/o power. It came back on for me this morning.

Our power went out around 4 pm Friday. Came on at about 2:15 pm Today. I was sleeping and I heard people yell "YAY! Our power is back on!"

Were not suppose to use major appliances but screw it, All my clothes are dirty and I need them clean.

Was getting up for breakfast, and noticed the toast was old.. oOo:

they were shutting one down for maintenence, and its spread to all the other plants

i lost power also

mine went out at 4 and we finally got it back
