It looks as if DODb2 will be released within the next couple of weeks. I, for one, am looking forward to it. While others we're playing RTCW online, I was still playing DOD, which obviously had weaker visuals, but the gameplay was top notch.

The beauty of this game is it's more team objective based than any other out there. The official manual has been released and it contains some screenshots, if you're interested.

I like how DOD Beta 2.0 will have machine guns you can carry around. I can't wait to be Axis and set up an MG42 and mow down some enemies.
