i got a radeon 9600 pro video card and i have a question about it. my mobo has only AGP 1.0 on it and the card only has 4x/8x. will it fry the card if it put it in the computer???

Im pretty sure those cards are AGP 4X/8X/Pro. You need a Pro slot, at least. Don't put a card like that in a 1X slot.
