It's not a grid it's a weave, and you shouldn't have used it.

Thanks for the tips guys...I will give it a go...how do I make a grid? use blinds effect twice one horizontal, one vertical real close together? Thanks in Advance

i would think motion blur...... and lets see it without weave or anything

ok guys, redid things a bit from the beginning, got rid of the weave added a sligh motion blur to the main image, blended the lettering a bit better, any other suggestions?

How about distributing the stretching equally? the guy looks like crap.
