Am I the only one who likes the demo?
 

I just played the demo for a bit and I happen to like it. Didn't get any of this horrible lag that everyone is talking about and that buttslide appears to be fixed. It ran great and I love the new weapons. Does ANYBODY here agree with me?

Actually, it's not that bad. There's just some things they really need to work on before going retail. If they don't they're in for a world of hurt. (not to mention the people that buy the game)

What I don't get is Americas Army as able to switch their game engine with an update, why can't MOH???

i thought the demo was pretty cool too. i hope they give us more skins and weapons but, i hope they give us $29.00 worth of stuff, or whatever the cost of the game is. i liked the anzio map but thought that palermo was spawn killing heaven. overall i cant wait for more.

I dig it. considering the alternatives that are available to play right now..i like it alot. least til cod and halo come out. i will still have two mohaa servers...and i will make a breakthrough server til cod rolls.

well I like it, it took me a couple of hours to get used to the new firing physics but once I clued into it it was great.

and it is a demo so I expect some of the animations to be improved on by retail.

ive stated on like 5 threads now, that i enjoy bt demo. it did what it set out to do . new maps, new skins, new weapons. a few other subtle fixes too. what i dont get is the ppl complaining about there is nothing "new", nothing groundbreaking. what did you expect? this is what i was expecting and they got it right.

We were expecting

-vehicles to drive
-updated physics
-maybe stamina
-maybe a prone position ????
-mobile mg 42 like dod
-maybe a little slide show to at "least" show us what we can expect
-original aiming physics from mohaa
-some sort of half decent skinning
-more ammo on certain weapons
-list goes on..............

I never said the demo was bad I just said it was spearhead with a new coloured sprinkle on top.

I know the iron sights feature was on the top of my list as well... which wouldnt of been too hard of to do. Hell, i've done it for the BAR.

I liked the idea of getting in jail and that but got mad lag from the demo

EA never promised anything special with BT (You're all confusing it with PA). It's juat a run-of-the-mill expansion and I suppose that's what it gives (by EA's standards).

again this is why it has not met 95% of aa.com members expectaations.
