Hey, how would I convert a movie from fraps into a gif?

I dont post or come here much, so I'm not sure if this question is asked often? heh. But yeah, though this name is over a year old, It's cool that it's still here, :D.

But I recently obtained Fraps Full and am wondering how to make it smaller, like into a gif.

(I Have photoshop, imageready, and I am pretty sure the flash works, but I just got it and am not sure how to use it yet. An answer including photoshop or image ready would be good.)

Hell?! you've never heard of us man?! we just had a match for number one on tdm realism (World OGL) last night, sadly we lost, lil tricksters force us to play on their western server... again. We can't do anything about it, well played though.

We're pretty much a mauser clan. But in matches or big games, or what have you we will mg/smg/snipe.

I think we're the only clan with mg weeks...Lol a week we have to practice with mg's, damn, It sucked in small games.. :(

Ah, that does sund familiar now. I think i've gone to that server once or twice......i'd love to set up a one on one match with your best player if possible? We can do it on your server and on your rules, i just have one exception......NO REALISM! I cannot stand realism it's the worst thing ever, infact it's like eatting sand! And ummm......we should play on Stalingrad. You're "buddies" can watch in spectator while i PWN YOUR ALLY!
