Can the amount of "fogging" be minimized?
 

Hey guys. Fogging during a map. Can anything be done to make it better?

I have a gforce4 video card(128 ram). The computer is pentium 4, 1.8 gig. hard drive.

Is there something something in video settings or advanced settings that will reduce fogging?

I just read another forrum on this subject, and let me clarify. I am not looking for any cheats. I am just curious whether higher settings will cause more fogging.

I appreciate any help.

set al your settings to maximum.
type in console maxfps 999
that would do it, doesn't mean you could see te end of the street clear, but it will help a little

is fogging a newb term for lagging? hake:

not owned... he said that becuase the console command he gave him was for fps, and BTW it was incorrect. com_maxfps 999 is the real command

youve been playing this game for say a month? 2? ive been playing for about 2 years. and the way you said it sounded like you were lagging, and ive never seen the idiot term "fogging" before. before you come talking shit, read what you said first, newb. and newbie is not spelt newbee. newb
