I REALLY NEED HELP!!!!

I posted this once before but no one was even looking at it.
I need to know how to change the shape of a skin, like for example, making the helmet World War I style, I dont need to know were to get a World War I style helmet, but how to change it and how to change skelmodels. PLEASE HELP!!
