MSN shut down Oct.14th?
 
I'm sure the most of you know this by now, but are they shutting down msn messanger service or just the chat rooms?
I heard that they we're charging money for msn in the countries they wern't shutting it down in. Anyone know anything about this?

yeah, they're shutting down the chat service, not messenger. I heard that the reason they'e gonna shut it down is b/c of all the child predators/petifiles(?,same).out there chatting. My thing is, is there MORE petifiles chatting on MSN"S chat service than others?

Its being done so MSN can restart it as a pay-to-play service. This way, the seem social concious, while really just doing it to not piss of users. There are no more "pedophiles" on MSN then there are on AOL. And if there are, I doubt many people will be fond of MSN "logging" chats.
