what do you need done to it?

.gif to .ico

.ico=icon file so he can use it as custom icon

yes i am

easiest way I know of:

open the gif in paintbush or whatever windows comes with

resize to 10x10 (standard icon size?)

save as whatever.bmp

mv or rename whatever.bmp whatever.ico

What are these icons for? Like shortcuts for games?
