need some photoshop help
i have a picture and i want it to look like a cartoon, anyone know of any plug-ins that do that......or if you can do it in photoshop

copy the layer gaussian blur the copied layer and darken. hope it helped

Try turning the contrast way up or Filter>Sharpen>Unsharpen Mask and change the settings way up.
Doesn't work all that great, but try them with a combination of other stuff and it could work out |
The hard way is to outline and fill with paths, but it gives the best results. Search for a tutorial on cel-shading and paths in PS.
