Just wondering can someone tell me how to make scanlines on photoshop 7. Thanks! comegetsome:

define a pattern
|
make a transparent image...1px by 2x zoom in 1600% use the pencil tool(whichever color you want usually black) and hit the top part of the image with that and define pattern
