you want to set a certain limit that people ahve to be under in order to connect to your server?

if so

sv_maxping "x"

that is to make a lpb server mine is set at 170

you can also force high pings

sv_minping "x"

how do I set it? add it to shortcut? that is what i wanna do tho. I wanna set it to 150 i guess.

no put in the server.cfg file, you do have one of these correct? If you dont you should

seta sv_maxping "150"

there is another post here http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/For...ML/003171.html that has a good server.cfg file with a good command line.
