Help, Dasboot, Renan, Stlo Don't Work???
 

I downloaded the files for obj dasboot, renan, stlo, put them in main, but when I click on the obj set up screen to select the map to be played on, it starts to load but differently.

Instead of the bar across the bottom that fills in with red, there is a blinking LOADING bar, after I guess it is done, the loading screen resets me back to the main room, main room being when you can choose your player options, exit, etc...

Never once have I been inside these levels, won't let me do it.

What am I missing in the pk3 main folder that is not allowing me to join in on, or start these obj maps?

One other note, I can load and play obj desertbase with no problems, are the files bad?

what MOH are you playing? I know some customs don't work for Spearhead.

let me guess..your on a mac huh? it's your min files.....some of our guys (on macs) can't get das boot to work surry

the flashing loading bar appears the first time you load any map. it makes a new file with the same name as the map with the info on what it needs to load and how long it takes or something like that, so next time it knows how to move the loading bar for however much of the map has loaded, or something like that.

no idea what the problem with crashing is though. like Cloud said, it could be if you're running Mac, other people have had that problem. just get someone to send you the .min files for each map (usually created in the main/maps folder, same name as the map). they work fine for me and everyone else i know (who all run windows) so its not a problem with the pk3s or maps

Yes I have a Mac, how do I fix the min files?
 

I am running Mac 10.2.1, as said before I can run certain maps with no problems, but these three, Stlo, Renan, Dasboot, and even arnhem, do not work...

Is there a solution for this problem, or am I to find a different obj map to explore?

If the min files are the problem, please send those to my email.
