Legal Music Downloads

Where can I download music legaly? I have Emusic, wich is ok, but there is not very many "big name" artist on there. I want Itunes, but I have Windows 98 and I tunes and Napster will not work on 98. Buymusic.com looks ok, but some of their songs cost more than other places, what about the real one program anybody use that? I want to make me one cd of about 20 songs and thats it, I just hope I can.

If you can track down a Soulseek Client on the web, that's still widely used.

IMO - It's one of the best file sharers EVER.

Good Luck, Mr. No-pr0n.
