switching between TDM and OBJ Maps

My clan currently owns a server and we tryed to get the server to run between TDM and OBJ maps but during the change the server crashes.

I know why this is happening: because the game type is set to 2 (i think) which is TDM but how do i get it to run both gametypes?

is it a mod i have to download or something i put in the .cfg file?
