INSTALL
 

ok i had the game installed or a bout a month, and i bought a new vid card within that month, and when i played the game, i had some garbled artifacts, and i thought, that shouldnt happen, i have a nvidia geforce fx, which is fully supported.
so i went on uninstalling, and when i go to install it again, it gives me this:
An installation support file could not be installed
Catastrophic failure

and frankly, when i saw the word catastrophic, i was frightened. very frightened

my specs are:
pentuim 4 1.5 ghz
256 megs
geforce fx 5200

Please help!

lol, dont worry. Im sure its nothing serious, now does this happen on the first cd or when you swap to the 2nd cd?

it happens on the first cd, but it dosent even start installing. it says that as installsheild is initializing. and im running win xp just to let ya know
