okay i was doing a disk clean up and it takes about 5 min to put with the menu to ask if i want to delete these files and for the past 2 weeks it seems not to work i tired to do one last night i and left my copmuter on all night and it still didnt give me the menu. can some one help me plz. thanks

either that or wait it out, possibly take you 5 to 12 hours
