CoD problem
 

I've had CoD since it became avaliable in my town and MP worked just fine, it worked perfectly yesterday, now I cannot get in because it says I have a bum CD key mad:

the only thing I can think of is I was hacked by the immature prick of a TKer I kept vote-kicking on a server yesterday, but I don't think the immature prick has even close to the level of skill necessary to pull this off, so that is not likely.

Anyone got ideas?

Usualy a pc reboot clears this for some reason, worked for me anyway. eek:

thanks, I just interrogated my brother and he said the game crashed earlier today and cleared the CD key.

I think it also happens if u try and host a dedicated server then exit it. The master server still sees you as a server for some time so the keys being used and wont let you connect. Takes a while to clear.

yeah I had the stupid problem of giving some riends my cd key. they are in my clan and now its fucked up to ty and play at the same time. WE all have no cd key mods but it still fucks up every now and then
