Help!
 

Here's what I did:

This is what I have no idea how to make. I tried messing around with scanlines and other things in PS7 for a while last night, but to no avail. I asked a friend if he knew how, and he did this:

He said he made the lines with MS Paint and did "the rest" with PS7. Said it was very complicated, but didn't tell me how! Yeah, I need a better friend :biggrin: Can anyone lend me a hand on how to make that "transparent-whitish" horizontal thing near the bottom? Any help/suggestions is much appreciated. rock: rock: rock:

use rectangular tool....fill it with white...lower opcaity...stroke it with aborder SCHAUZUZUZUZUZUOOOOM!!

Or make a new file like: 400x20 and fill it with white, press CTRL+A and CTRL+C and on your sig CTRL+V and set to Softlight and put a stroke on it angel:
