server connection timed out? No one can connect
 

I have a problem when I run a server. It will only allow lan people to connect when someone tries the isp ip they time out. It used to have no problem but now it don't work, they all time out trying to connect. Before someone asks I am behind a router but I know how to set it up. I can host roger wilco and ventrilo just mohaa server isn't working right. I must have done a no no but I can't find the problem. I just remembered that I was hosting the other day and 2 ppl were argueing and one left and my server crashed. Think it was hacked. maybe they did something that is stopping it but what I don't know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are they using the correct port number when joining by IP?

uh I didn't change port number and it shows port number when it's on the internet server list. unless being hacked can change it and not show it right.
