Post cool mods other than popular ones...(Desert Combat, Eve of Destruction)

Pirates
its fun to play but not very realistic, 3 shot muskets and 5 shot musket pistol thingies...but you get big ships.... rock:

is EOD any good? i know DC is. the pirate thing worth dl ing also?

Im gonna have to post Silent Heroes here aswell then..
Awesome mod, a lot more realistic than DC and the rest of the famous mods..

i reeeeeally wanted to try forgotten hope but none of the maps loaded!!! i think it was bc of the patch i dl'ed or some shit, it really pissed me off

i think theres a new patch out that might fix it, but im done with bf for now so i wouldnt know


also, dcx is cool theres a shitload of vehicles

EOD=yes cool, dl it, pirates=its ok, if you like unrealistic muskets and that you can drive komodo dragons as jeeps oOo:

DOMINATION!really realistic mod

The Siege
Hilarious mod with knifes, swords, axes, spears and arrows

Action Battlefield
adds cool features, fun to play with friends

out of all of these mods, which one is the best? I think silent heroes is the best modern version and Forgotten heroes as the best old type.

Desert Combat, is probably the one that is the best mod overall, although I hate it..

Since its only a 0.3b version, not much is done yet..
But we (the Swedes) are fighting the Norwegian army..

Story behind the mod:


- Story outline for Silent Heroes -

The year is 2003. The conflict in Iraq takes longer than the Allied forces have estimated. Civil unrest makes it harder for the forces to maintain normal security in the main cities and the uprising amongst the Kurds in the north puts strains in the relationship between the US-installed government and the NATO country Turkey. With Bush putting Syria on top of the 'Axis of Evil' list, the US government sends an additional 50 000 soldiers in preparation of a third invasion in the Middle East.

The sheer number of NATO forces tied up in the region makes it clear to military analysts that other large campaigns will be delayed or made impossible due to lack of resources. At the same time a group of high ranking military personnel in the Swedish High Command bring out a secret plan laid out in the beginning of the 20th century and begins to update it to modern standard.

A misty Sunday morning in the year 2007, five helicopters drop units from the secret elite special ops group SSG near a base at the border, while a battalion of tanks from regiment P7 enters the country, all according to plan.

The Invasion of Norway is under way!

desert combat and forgotten hope are awesome. i couldnt get the pirates mod to work, is that fun or not? how do the weapons work?

Lots of servers? Bah. I found twenty. Not much to me, but most of them have people in them anyway, ones almost full, this mod sounds cool still, I'll check it out.
