how can i get screenshots of a movie when im playing it on the computer?

you need intervideo windvd4 software or power-dvd software, they ae able to take caps with,

well you can get a trial from the intervideo.com site then youll need to get the crack, but theyve only got windvd5, dont know if that can still take caps. try kazaa if nothing else.
