This patch for the US version of Medal of Honor adds a GameSpy in-game server browser, allows users to have remote control of servers via command line, run servers from the command line, and turns off cheats being allowed in multiplayer.

Actually this does need to be posted alot so people might get a clue and install the dang patch. Hardly anyone is using it.
