Change skin from us to brit?

Is it possible to change a skin from a us to a british so he can have british guns? if so please tell me how.

take the skins .tik file and rename (say alied_airborne.tik to english_airborne.tik or british_airborne.tik)

so i just rename the tik what about the fps.tik and do i have to edit the script in anyway?
will this give him british weopens

yes you have to edit fps.tik too and it will give him british guns

so do i have to edit the script in anyway and change everything that says allied to british?
