Soldier held on suspicion of aiding al Qaeda

Sounds like a load of bull but he'll be tried for the principle of espionage rather than actually giving out any info that could harm our guys.

What I mean is that even if Al Quaeda knows the weak spots on an Abrams, they still can't do shit to it!!!
Al Quaeda are dancing in the streets happy if they manage to find a few old Soviet RPG-7s in working condition, RPG-7s could take out a 'Nam era tank, but the Abrams' weak spots are probably stronger than an M-48s front plating. They don't have anything better than the old RPG-7s and early version Stingers.

Another thing that sparked my interest is that the article said he gave out info about weak spots on HUMVEEs. Isn't the whole damn thing a rolling weak spot??? I saw BHD, bullets go right through HUMVEEs.

just a word of advice to those of you that know military technology, keep it down in case Johnnie Asscroft is reading these forums.

Yep. Here's the standard HUMMV. this is known as the Cut-V, since it has no back, and it's soft-shelled:

Standard Hard-shell Military HUMMV (Marine HUMMV, but best pic I could find. You can tell it's marine from the A) jarhead sitting in it happy: and B) The anphibious tailpipe, for when driving through high waters:

And, the armored HUMMV. It's hard to tell, but this HUMMV is more fortified, top, sides, and bottom. The turret hatch sticks up, for chest protection, and the doors and windows are bulletproof. Still, this armor is rarely used:

al Qaeda must be really stupid if they can't figure out how to type into google "armoured hummv". I'm sure they can find all they ever need to know on google.

I've read numerous accounts about the inner cells and some of the supporters. A lot of theory about how they communicate using the internet is with shit web pages and cryptography.

But al Queefa as a whole is stupid. I think they all hate anyone that isn't them or their religion.
