New Way to skin.
 

I was messing around one day trying to make a skin without photoshop

An I used Microsoft paint. I opened the tga image onto paint if the targa didnt spport i converted it to Jpg.
Then i got the jpg or tga image opened it in paint. then painted it.
I saved the image as Jpeg.
THen opened the jpeg image in photo editor then saved the jpeg image as targa then there you done. Then after that you place it into a pak .

Textures<models<weapons<( GUN NAME )< ( then paste the tga image

wouldnt it turn out really shitty then

yah its really hard to skin with it though but if you want a total black weapon it is easy.

A weapon of a single color? Bum.
