how do i take away the adds on ms messanger?
are there any hacks for it, so i can clean it up

Nope. There's only the option to turn off that "MSN Today" crap.

1080jibber. if you are using xp just dump msn messenger and use windows messenger. if you are using a different operating system and you have a firewall block msn from using port 80. that will stop real ads but it will keep the msn banner in the picture below

click on the customer experience thing and say no.

to get rid of the tabs on the left go into options and then click the privacy tab. tick the box next to this is a shared computer sp dont show my tabs.

Next time you do a print screen do alt & print screen to capture the window that is focussed.
