Can anyone help?

This happened to me too. I didn't know what to do. It said that I didn't have the U.S. version installed.

Let the CD autolaunch. Then try to click play. If it won't let you, then install it again, to the same directory where it is installed now.

After I did this, I was able to install the patch.

Be forewarned though, you will have a hard time finding any servers using the new version. It won't let you join games with the old one.
