I even talked it over with Badscript, This thread is allowed and it shouldn't be allowed to be locked.

Is he capable of doing a good job? My answer would be yes.

Nope. It's not a policy around here to do that. It's right on the Index page for all to see. Why waste bandwidth by announcing the obvious?
