Is nudity "legal" if portrayed by an artist?

...the pic i posted in the other thread could be seen by anyone of any age at a local art museum ... wtf would you not be able to use it in a sig?

I don't see why not. As long as it's not like porn or anything, if it's art I think it should be ok.

Nudity is Nudity. And you want to be an Admin art...

Theres always a fine line between erotic nudes and artistic nudes. I majored in art in high-school...so ive seen my share of naked people...and I really got hooked on nude photography. Theres just something beautiful about it. Now...you'll always get people that go crazy over a naked person...but...thats normal I guess...If you're in to the artistic side of it...I suggest this guy right here....
